Ayisha Modi the unofficial hype woman of Stonebwoy and self acclaimed Real Estate developer, Diamond Appiah have been exchanging words on social media for sometime now over a land dispute.
According to Ayisha she paid Diamond Appiah $40,000 for a land at East Legon but for two years now she has still not set eye on the land.
Diamond Appiah who isn’t pleased with Ayisha’s side of the story disclosed that Ayisha made part payment for two lands but Ayisha was broke so she (Diamond) had mercy on her and allowed her to pay in bites.
Se noted that she later found out that Ayisha can’t afford the price of the land so she refunded her money for her.
Ayisha in a live video on Friday dropped a bombshell that may bring trouble to her if care isn’t taken. Ayisha has alleged that Diamond Appiah used to be intimate despite Florence Obinim being the friend of Diamond.
Once again we can boldly say this is a mere allegation as Ayisha didn’t back it with any evidence.
