Ghanaian rapper, Obrafour has said that he lost trust in the God’s words and God himself after he lost his mother.
He mentioned that he couldn’t understand why God will take a person dear to him (his mother) away from him.
Obrafour made this revelation while speaking in an interview on Accra-based Asaase Radio.
”When I lost my mum, I lost my faith and I could not comprehend why God could take her from me and so I ran away from home……it was a tough time”, he said.
He went on to say that leaving home made him develop interest in music and he made sure he excelled at it.
”I only resorted to music and fell in love with it after I lost my mum; one finds their destiny on the path they choose to avoid”, he stated.
He revealed that growing up he wanted to be a lawyer like his grand father but that couldn’t see the light of the day as he developed interest in music.
