GHone News anchor andBreakfast show host Serwaa Amihere has joined the conversation regarding the mandatory covid-19 vaccination directive by government.
Government through the Ministry of Health has added a new measure to the already existing Covid-19 protocols which requires that travelers using the Kotoka International Airport gets fully vaccinated.
According to a statement issued by the Ghana Health Service signed by the outfit’s boss Dr. Patrick Kuma-Aboagye, the directive is as a result of the new Omicron variant.
Meanwhile a number of Ghanaians including actress Efia Odo feels government is imposing the vaccine on citizens which isn’t fair because they believe the vaccination should be by choice and not force.
However member of Parliament for Ningo Prampram, Sam George says he is in support of the new directive.
