Earlier today, the Inspector General of Police and police administration met with Creative arts industry players to discuss challenges faced by industry players.
At the meeting all who were present were ordered not to use phones to ensure smooth flow of the meeting but Melissa hitmaker Shatta Wale allegedly brought out his phone and began to use it.
When he was reminded on the ban on the use of phones his mannerism allegedly provoked COP Kofi Boakye who wanted to lock Shatta up had it not pleas from his colleagues and other stake holders who were present.
