Minister of Information and member of Parliament fro Ofoase-Ayirebi, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah has said that most often than not people who are poor are those lagging as far as technology is concerned.

Speaking in an interview on Peace FM he cited a farmer who has cutlass and the one who doesn’t have as a typical example.
According to him the one who has cutlass will be able to work more than the one who doesn’t have but uses his bare hand to weed.
He also mentioned that other farmers who have more advanced machines will certainly work ahead of the one who works with just cutlass.
He made this comment while speaking on the importance of Vice President Dr. Bawumia’s lecture on digitilization.
