Governor of Yobe State Mai Mala Buni has asked politicians in Yobe State to empower the youth so they can also be self-reliant.
In a statement by his Director-General, Press and Media Affairs, Alhaji Mamman Mohammed, in Damaturu Buni made this comment when the state’s political stalwarts from zone B visited him on 23rd October 202.
Governor Buni noted that youth empowerment economic prosperity and reduce waywardness.
“Political stalwarts, elites and appointees must invest in the youths through economic empowerment, and offering scholarships to those from indigent families, to give them a future and to take them away from social vices,” he stated.
