The President of Ghana Nana Akufo-Addo has extended the Minister of Gender, Children and Social Protection, Adwoa Safo’s leave.

In a statement signed by the Director of Communications at the Presidency, Eugene Arhin Hon. Adwoa Safo’s leave should have ended on 30th September but for personal reasons the Minister sought leave of absence.
In her absence, the President has directed the Minister for Sanitation and Water Resources Hon. Cecilia Abena Dapaah to act as Caretaker Minister for the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection.
