The Police in the Volta Region have arrested two armed robbers after they robbed their victim of a motorbike.
The Volta Regional Police command has applauded residents of Tadzewu in the Ketu North Municipal Area of the Volta region for hinting the police which lead to the arrest of Michael Maccatus aged 31 and Wisdom Agbotokpo.
On Thursday 30th September the police said; “The Police Administration wants to commend the people of Tadzewu in the Ketu North Municipal Area of the Volta Region for partnering the Volta Regional Police Command to arrest two armed robbers on Tuesday,”
Before robbing the victim of the motorbike the two robbers were said to have slashed the head f their victim.
According to a police statement the suspects are in police custody and the motorbike retrieved.
The police advised the general public to help them make criminal activities unattractive.
