”I’m Not Doing Music To Impress Anyone”- Shatta Wale Speaks On Why He’s Not Collaborating With Stonebwoy And Other Top Artists Anytime Soon

Dancehall artist, Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr., prevalently known as Shatta Wale has clarified the motivation behind why he isn’t keen on securing a coordinated effort with his associates, Stonebwoy and Sarkodie.

As indicated by Shatta Wale, he doesn’t do music to dazzle individuals albeit many will say it will be decent in the event that he teams up with these two performers who were once his opponents in the business.

In an interview with Andy Dosty on the Daybreak Hitz show broadcasted on Hitz FM, Shatta Wale focused on the way that the right measures have not been set up for craftsmen to benefit as much as possible from their specialties, consequently working together with top stars like Sarkodie and Stonebwoy will yield the right benefits for the two musicians to share.

He added that the “Celebration” song which features Samini might have been perhaps the greatest tune in Ghana on the record of their past crash and lastly smoking the peace pipe and putting out a collaboration. He deplored that the tune was not given the vital consideration, accordingly making the joint effort a waste.

He further added that his past joint efforts with Sarkodie didn’t return the normal benefit so neither he nor Sarkodie can recall the amount of cash the two of them made from the song.
