FIFA Bans 10 Brazilian Players From Playing In The EPL For 5 Days After Their Clubs Refused To Release Them For International Duty

Latest report gathered from the world of football indicates that top stars like Thiago Silva, Fred, Fabinho, Emiliano Martinez, Gabriel Jesus and five others have been banned by FIFA from playing for their clubs during premier league games for the next 5 days.

FIFA’s regulations expresses that players can be precluded for any club games five days following the international break should the fail to release them to represent their motherland.

The decision made on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 by FIFA comes after the Brazilian FA forced FIFA to summon this standard on all Brazilian players playing in the Premier League as all the English clubs collectively made a deal to avoid sending their players to a ‘red-list country’ referring to chance of contracting Covid-19, adding that the time it’ll take for the players to isolate upon appearance from International obligation.

With this activity , the Brazilian FA have taken a chance with the fury of the English clubs by forcing a ‘five-day limitation’ on the players they called up for their World Cup qualifiers this week.

The news implies Liverpool are set to be without Alisson, Fabinho and Roberto Firmino for their game at Leeds on Sunday, while Raphinha will be absent for the home side.

Man City will be without Gabriel Jesus and goalkeeper Ederson while Manchester United will be without Fred. Curiously, Everton are permitted to choose Richarlison for their next game as the club has great contact and relationship with the Brazilian FA.

In other news, Cristiano Ronaldo has been sighted heading to Manchester United’s preparation ground.

The sensational playmaker who finished an electrifying move to Old Trafford last month, showed up in a £170,000 Lamborghini on Wednesday morning, September 8, and offered a thumbs up to correspondents as the world anticipates his second presentation for the Red Devils.

Cristiano Ronaldo completed his fantasy return to Old Trafford on transfer deadline day, joining from Juventus for just £12m, with the Portuguese star expecting to drive Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s squad to Premier League victory this season.

The former Juventus star earlier showed up at Carrington this week to talk with his new manager and previous colleague, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
