Latest report gathered from the camp of Manchester City indicates that John Stones has signed a five-year deal at the club until 2026.
John Stones joined Manchester City from Everton five years prior and has proceeded to win three Premier League titles, two League Cups, and one FA Cup.
The 27-year-old was a necessary piece of the City squad as they recovered the title last season, while his impressive form procured him a call up to the England squad. John Stones played every game as England arrived at the Euro 2020 final, while at City he showed up in all contests in 2020-21.
This is what John Stones had to say;
”I couldn’t be happier. I love being part of this squad. There are so many quality players here and I know we can continue winning trophies, which is my main focus. Working with Pep Guardiola is a dream, he has taught me so much about the game and I feel like I learn something new every single day.
The success we’ve had in the last 4 years has been incredible. To be a part of it has been a dream come true and I just want to continue winning. This is the best place for me to play my football and fulfil my ambitions.
