Chairman of the New Patriotic Party, Freddie Blay has said that President Nana Akufo-Addo is serving the interest of the people of Ghana despite the ugly noises and sometimes direct confrontations.
Speaking at the party’s 29th anniversary in Accra on August 5, 2021, he said the core mandate of the New Patriotic Party is commitment and dedication to public service.
He urged the members of the party never forget what defines who we are which is the democratic ideals of serving in the interest of the people to build a better Ghana.
The chairman posits that despite ugly noises and sometimes confrontations, Nana Addo is working hard to serve the interest of the public.
“What will keep us in power and help us build a sustainable future is our dedication to delivering faithfully the promises we made to the people of this country,” he added.
He charged the members of the party to prioritize unity over parochial interest.
