The new anti-LGBTQ bill drafted by some NDC MPs including Sam George and presented to the house for it to be considered and accepted have raised many concerns on social media after the bill got leaked.
There has been a public notion that couples cannot longer enjoy Bee Jay as the new bill criminalizes it but member of Parliament fro Ningo Prampram has demystified the confusions.
According to him it is only criminal when people who belongs to the same gender does it but not when people of the opposite gender does it especially a wife doing it for a husband. He made this disclosure in an interview on Citi TV.
Meanwhile there have been the likes of Abena Korkor, Sister Derborah, Wanluv Kuborlor and many others fighting against the anti-gay bill with claim that those in the LGBTQ community are humans who need equal treatment.
