A yet to be identified Man has been lynched to death in Ashanti Region, Abounteman at the Bosomtwe District after he attempted to steal
Th yet to be identified man is said to be in his late 30’s and was lynched by a mob on Tuesday the 27th of July 2021 after he and two other suspects stormed a New Site community and tried to steal from a room.
Speaking in an Interview, the Assembly man for that area, Mr Aaron Afriyie revealed that the lynched man entered the room while his other two accomplices waited out for his signal.
Unfortunately the deceased was caught while his two accomplice took to their heel when they realized what was going on. The angry mob then chased and lynched him with Cement blocks, sticks stones and other hard material they laid their hands on and even tried to set him on fire however they didnt succeed
Mr Afriyie claim he called the immediately the angry mob caught the deceased but unfortunately they arrived too late. The body of the lynched man has since been deposited at the morgue of Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital for identification
