A stray bullet has killed a 16-year-old boy at Aboabo number two in the Asokore Manpong of the Ashanti Region of Ghana on Tuesday 20th July 2021.
The 16-year-old boy who died after he was hit by a stray bullet was said to have been rushed to Manhyia Government Hospital but he unfortunately died.
The family of the deceased identified as Abdul-Gafar Kassim are said to be making arrangement to bury him.
The uncle of the boy who confirmed that indeed the young man has passed on said; We just saw the body when we came to the Hospital. We do not want our dead body to waste time in the mortuary. That’s why we are here”.
The young man was said to have been shot by a gun from one of the guns of some youths who were firing some gunshot as part of the Eid-ul-Adha celebration.
