Hon. Kwaku Agyemang-Manu who doubles as the Health Minister during parliamentary cross examination has conceded blunders of scaffold over parliamentary procedures in the acquisition of the Covid-19 vaccine.

On the issue of getting parliamentary endorsement, he expressed that since it was a critical issue he had no option than to go by his own choice in those critical hours hence his inability to seek for parliamentary approval.
