Popular Ghanaian Reggae performer and media character Abubakar Ahmed prevalently known as Blakk Rasta has asked the different State Institutions to constrain the different previous first and second ladies to equally refund the allowances that were paid to them.
As indicated by Blakk Rasta, thefirst and second lady at various times don’t have the right to be paid any stipends by the State from the tax-payers money in light of the fact that to him, they don’t do anything by formal capacities for the State.
He praised the current first lady Mrs. Rebecca Akufo-Addo and the second lady Samira Bawumia for dismissing the proposal of being paid by the State and going to the degree of discounting every one of the stipends paid to them since their spouses expected office from 2017 as president and VP separately.
