The action of a young man has shocked residents of Sefwi Amoakrom in the Bia West District of the Western Region.
The 22-year-old man identified as Francis Awuni has reportedly murdered his boss, named Azuma by beheading him on his rice farm and later placed the head in a polythene.
The suspect in an interview disclosed that the deceased who happens to be his boss hired him from the Northern part of Ghana as a labourer to work on his farm.
Justifying his actions the suspects stated that his boss wanted to use him for money rituals therefore killing Azuma is a revenge for what he tried doing to him.
He went on to say the deceased tried to kill him with a cutlass on 3 countless times and he decided to revenge but unfortunately for him he died through the cutlass wounds he inflicted on him.
The Assemblyman of the vicinity, Edward Takyi confirmed the case and disclosed that he went to the scene with the police and they found the body of Azuma.
‘That was what he told someone that his landlord had cut him with a cutlass, so the person brought him to the clinic for treatment. But after some interrogations he confessed what he did.”, the Assemblyman stated.
