Latest report currently gathered by Pinaxnews.com indicates that some students of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), have been left injured after a misunderstanding supposedly broke out between certain individuals from the University Hall (Katanga) and the Unity Hall, (Conti) in the early hours of Sunday, June 4, 2021.

The occurrence occurred during a progressing vetting process for the Students Representative Council (SRC) elections being held at the Great Hall of the University.
As indicated by observers, the students vandalized some school properties such as glasses and chairs.
