The Vice President of Ghana, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and the National Chief Imam Sheik Nuhu Osman Sharabutu visited Ejura in the Ashanti Region of Ghana where two people were shot dead following the murder of Kaaka, a social media activist.
Dr. Bawumia donated GHS20,000 to each bereaved family that lost a loved one in the Ejura chaos.
Their visit was on Friday 2nd July 2021.
The Vice President of Ghana, the National Chief Imam and the National Security Minister, Kan Dapaah also visited the Ejura Tradional Council after vising the bereaved families.
The Chief of the area was unhappy about the unfortunate occurrences of which he disclosed that the Traditional has decided on constructing a divisional police command edifice in the area.
Dr. Bawumia supported the construction with one thousand bags of cement and fifty thousand Ghana cedis.
