The public authority of Ghana has been hit with a judgment debt over $15,000,000 for unlawfully burning excavators belonging to mining operators.

Toward the finish of the hearing by the court, it’s was articulated that the burning of the excavators and seizure of some equipment’s on the site were unlawful.

Kwame A Plus who is currently miserable about the current judgment debt has called out President Akuffo Addo for deliberately permitting such exercises which were unlawful to happen prompting such a lot of cost to the country.

A Plus took to the microblogging platform and tweeted with caption;

”The whole galamsey fight is a grand scheme by the GOG to “create loot & share.” Are you not amazed that a PRESIDENT, who is a lawyer, supported such illegality when he knew very well that the state will pay? Why hasn’t anyone been arrested for missing confiscated equipments?”
