Member of Parliament for Assin Central Kennedy Agyapong has advised the youth not to relying solely on their pastors for their economic and spiritual growth.
He made this comment at an event to mark his 61st birthday celebration.
“Don’t rely on any pastor for your destiny,” he advised the youth.
The maverick law maker further said that if anyone leaves their destiny in the hands of a man of God then they will go broke.
“…The moment you go to the Pastor, he knows you’re vulnerable, so they begin to put fear in you. When you have the money, you give it to them by the time you realise you’re broke,” he stated.
He added dedicating too much time for prayers and casting out demons won’t automatically make one successful in life but rather hard work.
“There is no witch anywhere; when you fail in life and you attribute it to your mother, father but when you were smoking jar, was your grandmother there. When you were stealing from your boss, were they there?”
