Former Chief Executive Officer of ‘Progressive Alliance Movement’ and politician, Kofi Koranteng has said that most Ghanaian leaders are not competent, functional and caring.
According to him every leader must possess the quality of competences, functionality and caring. He stressed that because Ghanaian leaders all lack the afore mentioned, the country finds itself in the current state.
Mr. Koranteng said because Ghanaian leaders are not caring they do not do things in the interest of the citizens. He made this comment while speaking on ‘Maakye’ show hosted by Captain Smart.
He added that there will be a time in Ghana where the citizens will rebel against leaders because they won’t be able to contain the heat and pressure that comes with the failure of Ghanaian leaders.
