The Attorney General (AG) has adviced the Police to charge the two teenage boys who allegedly murdered their 11- year old friend (Ishmael Mensah), at Kasoa, with conspiracy and murder.
Recall that in April this year, one Nicholas Kini and Eric Nyarko reportedly killed Ishmael Mensah for ritual purposes at Lamptey Mills, near Kasoa with claims that they were influenced by a fetish priestess on TV, well the Attorney General says they should be charged with conspiracy and murder.
“My Lord we have received the advice from the AG’s office directing the police to charge accused persons with the offences of conspiracy to commit crime to wit Murder and Murder,” Chief Inspector Ernest Agbo told Ofaakor District Court
Chief Insp. Agbo said the Police had obtained the investigation charge statements from the teenagers and forwarded them to the AG for further directions.
Meanwhile President Nana Addo has admitted that the country is hit with challenges as far as its vaccination programme is concerned because its encountering difficulty in access the vaccines.
