Just In – Nana Agradaa looses court case set to pay Ghc 46,000 or face 4 years in Prison

Popular Ghanaian fraudster Patricia Aseidua popularly known as Nana Agradaa has been convicted by an Accra Circuit court for operating a TV Station with license which is contrary to section 110 of the Electronic transaction act 2008, act 772 by an Accra Circuit Court.

The court which was presided over by Emmanuel Essandoh also convicted Nana for Charlatanic advertisement (Sika Gari) contrary to section 137 of the criminal offenses Act 1960.

The conviction comes after Nana Agradaa plead guilty to her charges. The court therefore sentenced her to a fine of 3,000 penalty units (Ghc36,000) on the account of operating a TV Station without license in default she will serve a 3 year jail term with hard labour

She was then sentenced to another fine of Ghc 10,000 for the offense of Charlatan Advertisement and in default sever a one year in prison . According to reports, Nana Agradaa looked calm and sbober as the judge read her sentence to her.
