The former Aids Commission of Ghana, Joyce Dzidzor Mensah has once again held the former President Of Ghana responsible for her Predicament.
According to her, The former President is the first person that comes to mind because he used and dump her. She claim when she launched the HIV project, her face was used to collect huge sums of Money but she was neglected after that.
In the video, she did, Joyce was seen crying like a baby as she cried because according to her, she and her Kids were fugitives to due the stigmatization in the Ghanaian society.
She further revealed that she is living in discomfort and a tough life because she cannot provide for herself and her kids. She claim her kids have no one to depend on even though she is in Germany and depending on the Government there.
