Ghanaian Musician Producer Theophilus Tagoe popularly known Castro under Fire will be legally declared dead today the 8th of June 2021.
On the 7th of June 2014 Castro and his friend Janet Bandu went missing while ski jetting on the Ada river. In Ghana, a person can be legally declared dead when he or she has been missing for 7 years
At 12 pm, Castro and Janet were legally Pronounced dead by a court the country. The declaration is in line with Evidence Acts of Ghana 1975, Which states that a person can only be declared legally dead by a court after seven years.
If the person in question has not been seen or heard from in seven years despite persistent and diligent effort to find him. Castro is known for hit songs like “Toffee. Odo Pa, Adonai with Sarkodie, Seihor, Personal Person, African Ladies and others.
Castro was with his video vixen Janet Bandu when he went missing and till today both have not been found.
