Stop Making Noise Over Akufo-Addo’s Luxury Jet Trip And Respect Parliamentary Rule – Afenyo Markin Boldly Tells Okudzeto Ablakwa

Alexander Kwamina Afenyo-Markin is the Member of the Parliament of Ghana for the Effutu constituency, Central Region. Serving also on the committee of Defense and the Interior Finance Committee in Ghana Parliament.

The Deputy Majority Leader has issued an advice to Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa to quit making allegations about the President Akufo-Addo’s making use of a chartered luxurious flight.

Alexander Afenyo Markin boldly stated that Ablakwa should regard parliamentary standards by not making issues about the entire thing until it is conceded by the Speaker of Parliament, a Joy News report expressed.

As per Afenyo-Markin, taking to social media and talking about such matters openly while looking for a crowd of people in Parliament is destructive to the development of democracy.

This is what he had to say; ”as MPs we will respect our own rules of engagement and create an atmosphere where the debate will be enriched, but this one-way approach and leaking things to the press, what are you seeking to achieve?”
