Former HIV/AIDS ambassador Joyce Dzidzor Mensah has given her fans and loved ones a detailed explanation of how she contracted HIV/AIDS.
According to her she completed JHS at age 16 and was struggling to further her education so she later decided to enroll in a computer school but was even finding it hard to pay her fees.
She noted that she met a man when she one day went for choir practice. This said man asked about her education then gave her 5o cedis.
According to her upon getting home she described the man as a good person because he gave her money without talking about knaacking.
She said they became friends and the man became her boyfriend and they did the do where she contracted the virus.
Joyce added that she saw all the symptoms of HIV/AIDS on the man but wasn’t knowledgeable about it so she ignored.
