He was spotted by the Police who felt he looked completely too big and needed to find out why only to find a full goat meat split into two and tied around his upper body underneath his shirt after asking him to take off his shirt.
When questioned how he got it he noted that he got it on the mountain because the goat was alone and didn’t have an owner.
“I got it on the mountain. The goat was alone, it did not have an owner,”
