Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodinma has reacted to the death of former adviser of former President Goodluck Jonathan, Ahmed Gulak who was murdered by armed bandit on Saturday 29th May 2021.
The governor has described the death of the former adviser as a political assassination while addressing governmental correspondents in Owerri.
Mr. Uzodinma stated that those involved in such gruesome and barbaric act must be brought to just.
According to him Mr. Gulak was in Imo State for a national assignment but was gruesomely murdered on his way to the Sam-Mbakwe Cargo airport.
He also used the occasion to state emphatically that someone might have been spying on him from his hotel room to the airport and that is why the murder is a clear case of political assaissnation.
